We now have confirmation of that rumoured Diamond/Pearl remake and… well. Let me get to that last.
First, I just… People don’t know what they want do they? Don’t want to get anymore into that snake pit of a discussion, but man, what a way to age yourself quick.
Second, whistleblowing is one thing, but leaks suck.
There, got those off my chest. Anyways…
So yes, there is a Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl game coming late this year. According to the video, it’s a faithful recreation of the original games just spruced up. I expect some of the quality of life changes from newer games to trickle their way into these remakes, but apart from that I don’t expect too much new stuff. Still, it’ll be fun to romp about in the Sinnoh region again.
And speaking of the Sinnoh region, anyone hankering for some time travel? Cause with the new game Pokémon Legends Arceus, that’s what we’ll be doing and dropping back into Sinnoh’s history. And by golly gee gosh it looks lovely. There really isn’t much information given to us regarding how the game or story plays out, but seeing as it’s a early 2022 release, I can wait. Oh, and not forgetting Pokémon Snap, which had a lovely trailer and also a release date! 30th April y’all! Don’t sleep on this!
